Description: Our ticketing vendor is performing scheduled database maintenance, including essential upgrades to enhance system performance and reliability. During the maintenance window, customers may experience up to 5 minutes of service interruption or degraded performance. All services will automatically recover and resume normal operation once the maintenance is complete. NOTE: This will not affect EDI/data communication or translation, only the ticketing system.
