Working with our vendors and ISP engineers we have identified a possible issue with an upstream provider and are working to re-route traffic. at this time traffic has been rerouted and services are restored.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating a possible issue with Intelek Cloud communication. This issue is intermittently affecting all data communications (FTP, AS2, SSH, Etc.) for specific ISPs. some Internet service providers (ISPs) are having no issues, some are, and some are intermittent. We are working with out providers to isolate the cause.
